We are based on our internal experience, international standards and follow current trends in environmental and energy management. Employees of authorized services are professionally trained so that they can successfully apply the principles of sustainable development in their daily activities and thus reduce their impact on the environment.

GreenRetail is not just words. Škoda Auto authorized service partners can participate in voluntary certification, which evaluates the current state of the plant, the approach and behavior of employees in the field of the environment. Furthermore, the use of resources and energy management is analyzed. Not only the process settings are assessed, but especially the observance of the rules in daily operation. Services meeting the highest standards of environmental and energy management are then awarded a GreenRetail certificate, which is valid for 2 years.

Trees are one of the largest and longest-living organisms on Earth, which are an integral part of our landscape. They are a source of oxygen, filter the air from harmful substances and cool their surroundings in summer. Since 2007, Škoda Auto has been planting one tree for every car sold in the Czech Republic. So far, more than 1 million trees have been planted in this way. Škoda dealerships are also involved in the project. Together with their customers, they thus contribute to the improvement of the environment in their surroundings in the form of community activities.
