Battery Care Mode

This function helps to prolong the life of a traction battery by setting the target charge level to 80%
As most people do not need a full charge or the maximum range on a daily basis, the battery’s life can be prolonged by not always charging it fully
Before a long journey, the battery can be charged to 100% simply by changing the target charge level. Once successfully charged, the setting will automatically revert to 80%, as this will help to improve the battery life
Custom-set charge levels are possible at known charging locations

Climate comfort settings for various conditions and range optimisation
Bug fixed and air-conditioning voice control extended
Standardisation of the switch-on setting for the automatic seat heating and steering wheel heating
Heated and heat-reflecting windshield adapted to winter conditions
Climate control software made more robust to avoid the customer feedback ‘‘not fully active‘‘

Charging power of up to 120 kW for vehicles with the 62 kWh battery
Up to 135 kW for Enyaq iV models with the large 82 kWh battery
Optimisation of thermal control
Fully optimised use of the passive heating/cooling
Optimisation of cooling levels and the required heat output – the new software results in energy savings

Filtering of charging stations by preference
Filtering of IONITY and Powerpass stations – available charging stations show up on the map (view of available charging stations)
