ME 3.2 Software Update
This new version of the software is called ME 3.2 and includes updates to the infotainment system. The battery management improves your car’s range and charging efficiency, which means shorter charging times. It also includes an expanded range of Škoda Connect online services and enables the Plug & Charge authentication method for public charging.

What to do?
1. Wait to be contacted by your local Škoda service partner.
2. Make an appointment.
3. Arrive at the workshop and hand over the car to your service adviser.
4. Pick up your refreshed Enyaq iV.
All other updates will now run over the air via the Online System Update service. This means it will no longer be necessary to visit a service centre for future updates.

Who will get this update?
This update is intended for Enyaq cars which still run on software versions ME2.x from production (production weeks from week 41/20 to week 09/22) and have not been updated in workshops yet.
The service campaign does not apply to Enyaq cars which have already been updated at the service partner and which already have the software ME3.0. Those cars will be updated over-the-air in the future.
