Digital Product Testing
Description of the purpose of processing:
Through a screening questionnaire, we obtain personal data of respondents who are interested in participating in research on Škoda Auto digital products. Respondents selected on the basis of a screening questionnaire are included in the respondent database.
If the planned research/testing of digital products matches the respondent's profile, he is approached with a request for a specific date in which he wants to participate in the testing. There will be a technical test beforehand, which is carried out remotely via computer or phone. An audio-visual recording is made of the test to make sure that everything works and that there are no technical difficulties with saving the interview during testing. The recording is deleted after the end of the research project.
The testing itself takes the form of an interview, to which the respondent joins remotely from their computer or phone. We record the test interview so that a proper evaluation can take place. Interview recordings are kept for 3 months after they were taken.
Authorisation to process:
We are authorised to process your personal data based on the consent granted by you. If you did not give your consent to us, we will not process your personal data for this reason.

In the respondent database, we keep your personal data for 3 years. Recordings of technical test and interview are kept for a maximum period of 3 months after they were taken.
