Ensuring security and property protection (monitoring of company premises and facilities)

Description of the purpose of the processing:

Processing and evaluation of footages from camera systems on the premises of Škoda Auto where you may be located.

Authorization for the processing:

We have a legitimate interest in carrying out this processing. We have an interest in ensuring the security of our premises and the persons on them.

Categories of personal data we process:

Recordings from the CCTV system.

Processing and archiving time:

14 days after the recording was made.

Processors or recipients’ categories to whom we may disclose personal data:

Upon request, your personal data may be disclosed to public authorities, in particular courts, the Police of the Czech Republic, and other law enforcement authorities to the extent necessary and within the limits of the law.

Source of personal data:

Directly from you.

Personal data transfer to third countries or international organisations:

As part of this processing, your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or multinational companies.

Automated decision-making based on personal data:

It does not occur during this processing.

Other information:

Personal data may be archived in the public interest and used for scientific, historical or statistical research purposes. Personal data may also be subject processed in justified cases for the purposes of dealing with legal matters, including compliance with obligations to public authorities and monitoring and ongoing evaluation of legal risks.
