Škoda Connect services

Give your car new features with themed Škoda Connect packages and access your car remotely with the MyŠkoda app.

Infotainment Online

The Infotainment Online services make your everyday travelling and exploring even easier. Plan your routes, rely on always up-to-date maps and traffic information, or search for points of interest along the way, including parking spaces and petrol or charging stations. You can also check the weather at your destination, use voice control with enhanced capabilities and many other handy features.

Care Connect: Remote Access

Take advantage of your car being online and access it from anywhere. Check its status, remind yourself where you're parked, control basic functions (from unlocking/locking to air conditioning to charging), get notifications when the anti-theft alarm goes off and access the car's Digital Certificate.

Care Connect: iV Remote Services

Remote Access services specific to electric vehicles form a separate package of features that allow you to control charging, ensure thermal comfort before getting into the car, as well as use the Plug & Charge function to make charging at public chargers easier.

Care Connect: Proactive Service

This package offers practical features to simplify car care. Keep your favourite car settings available in different Škoda cars, get an overview of the car's technical condition and benefit from convenient service scheduling. At the same time, have peace of mind knowing that if you need advice on your car, or in the event of a technical fault or even a minor accident, help is at your fingertips.

eCall

Should you get into an accident, your Škoda will call for help. If the car's sensors detect an accident, the eCall service (Emergency Call in older models) will contact emergency services and automatically send the information needed to get help as quickly as possible. You can also establish a connection manually if you have witnessed an accident.

Laura voice assistant

The voice assistant Laura makes using your car easier. Thanks to internet access and AI integration, she can respond to complex commands and queries.

SmartLink

With SmartLink, which integrates Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, you can safely use some of your phone's features while driving.

Infotainment apps

Give your exploration a new dimension! Expand the capabilities of your car and its infotainment system with one of our Infotainment apps.

Functions on Demand

Further customise your car and expand its capabilities with Functions on Demand. For example, you can access advanced headlight or ambient lighting functions, Laura voice assistant, navigation, adaptive cruise control and Traffic Sign Recognition.

Activation and renewal

Excited about Škoda Connect services? Here's how to activate them, or renew those that have expired.

Activation in three steps

Step 1

Download the MyŠkoda app to your mobile device. You can use this QR code to do so.

Step 2

Log in with your Škoda ID or create a new one if you don't have one yet.

 

Step 3

Enter the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and follow the instructions to complete the registration.

Easy renewal of services

Extending the Škoda Connect services that make life with your car more enjoyable is easy. You can find out the current subscription length and renew it on the MyŠkoda mobile app or at the Škoda Connect Shop.
